Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Simply navigate using the menus on the left hand side of the site and arrive at the products you are interested in. Then click 'View Details' to see more info, or 'Add to Basket' to buy. This will add the products to your basket. You may then continue to shop.
After you have finished your selection, select the Checkout box on the top left hand quarter of the screen where a summary of your purchases will be given to you and details of any carriage charges. At this point you can delete or change any items purchased. At the 'Checkout' you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. (Please remember to put on your house number or house name). Enter your details and you will receive confirmation from ourseleves on the items ordered.
Once you confirm the purchase you will be taken to the payment secure server. We promise you this is a secure method of payment. This is confirmed when you see the padlock appear in your browser at the bottom right of the screen.
You can place your order by using one of the following methods
• By calling in person at our High Street premises (we would be delighted to meet you).
• Use Shopping Trolley with Secure Online Credit Card facilities.
• Use Shopping Trolley and click payment by cheque option, then send a cheque made payable to 'Heart of Blair'
Heart of Blair, 58 High Street, Blairgowrie, Perthshire, PH10 6DF, Scotland UK. Along with your order number.
• Email your order details and send a cheque in the post.
• Telephone your order on 01250 875550 (Mon - Sat 9.00 am - 5.30 pm) Closed Sundays.
If at any time you have any problems placing an order please do not hesitate to call us and we will help you through the process, or you may place the order over the telephone or by any other of our payment methods
If you would like to check stock availability before ordering or sending payment please contact us with the product description, product codes and quantity that you require, thank you.
Delivery
All items are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of payment (subject to stock availability). If you are paying by cheque, Items will be despatched when payment clears. Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post, but some heavier parcels may travel by courier or Parcel Force. If goods are not delivered within 10 working days, please contact us. If we cannot trace the order, we will send a replacement within the next 7 days.
If you would like to collect your order personally please advise us and we can let you know when your order is ready.
Postage & Packaging
Prices are based on orders to addresses in the UK.
We will ship to EU and the rest of the world addresses if the additional postage is paid by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY
We aim to post all orders paid by Paypal on the day that we receive it. This applies to orders and payments arriving at the shop by 12.00 noon (Monday - Friday). If any of the goods are out of stock but due to arrive within 1 or 2 days, we may hold on to your order until these arrive. We will let you know about any significant delay and you can tell us if you wish to cancel that part of the order. if an order is dispached in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once.
Cooling Off Period
Under UK law you are entitled to a "cooling off" period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused.
Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.
