We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process our order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your Name, Address, Tel No and E-mail address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check and update the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at sales@heartofblair.com If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
We use technology to track the pattern of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a "cookie" which is stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening if required. However the information collected in this way is to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item so if you have cookies disabled then you will be unable to add products to your shopping bag.

All original content and images on this website are protected by copyright to their respective owners as indicated on the website. They may not be used in whole or part without express written consent of the copyright owners. All products sold by Heart of Blair are copyright by the companies producing them. Usually no other reproduction is allowed without written permission from the copyright owner.
Orders
All orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. Heart of Blair reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case a full refund will be given.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock. If possible we can back order out of stock items.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of a lot of our products colours, designs and sizes may vary slightly from those shown.
Incorrect Delivery Of Goods
If delivery of the goods are different from those ordered then it is your responsibility to notify us of this as soon as possible, No later than within seven working days of receiving the goods.
Products
The dimensions of products given on this website are approximations only. Some of our products are handmade or made from natural resources. Due to this there may be some minor variations and slight imperfections.
Post and Packaging
All items are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you are paying by cheque, Items will be despatched when payment clears.
Returns
If you wish to return items, please follow the following simple instructions:
Please e-mail us at sales@heartofblair.com within 7 days of receipt of goods for return details. Please note that non-faulty items will be returned at the cost of the purchaser.
For all returns proof of posting from the Post Office will need to be otained as we can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
Items should be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them and securely packaged for safe return.
Stock
This website is updated daily. Should you order an item that is out-of-stock a full refund will be given.
Please note, due to the nature of woodturning items may vary slightly from the picture shown.
Safety
Certain products are not suitable for handling by small children. Some items contain small parts which may come loose and cause a choking hazard.
Prices
All prices on our Website are in Pounds Sterling. Due to the continuing updating of our products, we reserve the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was valid on our website at the time of your order.
