Other ways to pay for your goods
Should you wish to pay by cheque or postal order simply e-mail us your order details to sales@heartofblair.com
including the item code number and quantity required. We will confirm your order by email within 24 hours, and advise you at that time of full details for sending payment by cheque, postal order.
Delivery
Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment unless you are advised differently.
Returns
We will happily accept the return of any faulty goods and will provide a full refund for these items and the postage costs incurred when returned within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days upon receipt of your order and receive a full refund but please note postage costs in this case will not be refunded.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us safely. We strongly advise returning the goods via recorded delivery.

If any sealed packets have been opened or damaged then we will class these as no longer being in their original condition and will therefore not qualify for a refund.
By original condition and packaging we mean unused and unopened.
